Novatel's new flagship GNSS + INS receiver is designed for precision applications.

Advanta mandate was to design a high-end enclosure for this high-tech commercial technology. The enclosure is based on a large aluminium extrusion with end caps and plastic protective bumpers. We had to modernise Novatel's product DNA to keep the family link with the ProPak product. We also had to deal with the heat dissipating and IP-67 constrains.

" NovAtel's SPAN™ (Synchronous Position, Attitude and Navigation) technology tightly-couples two complementary technologies: Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) positioning and inertial navigation. The pinpoint accuracy of GNSS positioning and the stability of IMU gyro and accelerometer measurements combine to provide a 3D position, velocity and attitude solution. Unlike GNSS-only navigation systems, the output is stable and continuously available, even through periods where GNSS signals are blocked." - Novatel
