Creative and naturally curious, Miguel has always enjoyed understanding how things work and finding practical solutions to complex problems. This curiosity led him to industrial design and product development, where he has built strong experience in 3D design, prototyping, mechanical assemblies, welded structures, sheet metal, machining, and electronic integration. His approach is rooted in designing products with manufacturing and assembly realities in mind, turning ideas into solutions that are functional, thoughtful, and feasible.

At Advanta, Miguel especially values the strength of collaboration and the diversity of expertise within the team. He is drawn to projects that bring together design, engineering, and manufacturing, where finding the right balance between aesthetics, functionality, and feasibility is essential. Always interested in exploring new ways of working, he is also closely following emerging technologies and the potential of artificial intelligence within the product development process.

Outside of work, family plays an important role in Miguel’s life, and he enjoys spending time with his children. He is also passionate about climbing, personal growth, and continuously learning new things. That curiosity carries directly into his approach to design. His philosophy is simple: the better you understand the problem, the manufacturing process, and the user’s needs, the better equipped you are to create solutions that are simple, smart, and effective.
