HIGH-PERFORMANCE
MECHANICAL DESIGN
We partnered with AeroLab Tech on the mechanical design of their aerodynamic sensor, optimizing it for durability, accuracy, and seamless bike integration. Our design focused on lightweight, rugged materials, water ingress sealing, and reduced part count to enhance reliability and ease of manufacturing. The result is a precise, aerodynamic, and field-ready sensor that helps cyclists optimize performance with real-world data.

INFORM AND
EMPOWER THE CLIENT
For each product we design, we gather technical information from the client to assess user needs, performance requirements, and production capabilities. We generate multiple concepts, outlining pros and cons, allowing clients to choose based on business vision, cost, and functionality. It’s not just about visuals but mostly manufacturing, usability, and adaptability. Clients may select one concept or merge features from several.
SEAMLESS
ONE-PIECE SEAL
The product is made using RTV (urethane casting) and 3D printing. The pitot tube channel dynamics required 3D printing due to its intricate design, which traditional manufacturing couldn’t achieve. The enclosure seal was integrated with the light pipes, forming a single-piece gasket that seals both the enclosure and the seamless surface around the integrated button.
